If we are an out of network provider for your insurance, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. See FAQ for more information. It is your responsibility to know your plan and benefits.

$150 per 55 minute Intake

The Healing Peace Counseling requires a $50 deposit to begin therapy services. This deposit will be collected at the time intake forms are completed to reserve your scheduled intake appointment. This deposit is a one time charge that will be applied to your private pay rate or copay for your intake session and future sessions if applicable. The deposit will be refunded if you have a 0$ copay and you have no other fees on file.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide written cancellation (via email or text) at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a fee of $100 for intakes and 50 minute sessions; $60 for 30 minute sessions. Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance providers. A card held on file is required even if you are using insurance; in the event sessions are not fully covered by your provider or when the late cancellation fee needs to be applied.
