My name is Bailey Graves and I am clinical intern with Grand Canyon University. I wanted to become a counselor to help those in need, dedicating myself to supporting individuals, families, and couples using compassion and evidence-based techniques. My belief is that change is accomplished by challenging our negative beliefs about ourselves and scenarios. Using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Techniques, and Person-Centered principles, I hope to walk alongside you as you accomplish your goals. 

I have prior experience in behavioral health case management and behavioral coaching across clinical and community-based settings. I worked closely with adolescents, families, and couples navigating both emotional and relational challenges. These experiences have helped shape my commitment to holistic care, and belief that mental health is a journey, not a destination.
